Administrative Assistant to Sales/Marketing Position

AEM Performance Electronics has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant for the Sales & Marketing Departments. This dynamic position requires a high level of detail and an ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Daily responsibilities include Customer Service based duties and order entry for the sales department, the ability to properly direct phone calls to the appropriate department, screening and redirecting dealer inquiries and acting as a liaison between internal departments and outside companies. Management of sales and marketing travel, internal and field training calendars are critical, and the ability to coordinate travel arrangements effectively is necessary. Occasional trade show logistics coordination is included in this position’s duties, as is timely preparation of reports for the President, VP of Sales and Director of Marketing. The ability to perform basic market research tasks and data base management is essential. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and have CRM experience.
