Series 2 Plug & Play Engine Management System

A complete engine control system that plugs into the factory harness and uses the factory sensors. AEM’s Series 2 Programmable Engine Management System (EMS) is more powerful than its predecessor.

Fuel / Ignition Controller (F/IC)

PC-programmable piggy-back controller that allows users to retard timing and add fuel to virtually any engine, even on variable cam timing engines (VTEC, iVTEC, VVTi, MiVEC, etc.).

Works with latest OBD-II race vehicles including a High-Side output based on Engine RPM.
Six (4-to-8) injector inputs with simulated injector load used when remapping OEM injectors Analog in / out for remapping / clamping MAF

Plug & Play Fuel / Ignition Controller (F/IC)

Plug & Play piggyback Fuel and Ignition Controller (F/IC). This kit combines the power and drivability of the F/IC with a plug and play harness, start up calibration, and “quick start guide” for fast, easy installation and simplified tuning.

Plugs directly into the factory harness. No rewiring necessary.
Includes start up calibrations.
Enables MAF-clamping/ recalibration.
Runs in conjunction with factory ECU. CAN-BUS not affected.
Among the only piggyback systems which can decrease pulse-width, allowing larger aftermarket injectors while maintaining proper air/fuel ratios.

ECU Patch/Extension Harnesses

AEM's Universal ECU Patch/Extension Harnesses work with most engine management systems and allow you to install turbo timers, data loggers and other ancillary electronics without having to cut and splice into your factory wiring harness.

Constructed with original ECU and harness connectors for exact fitment
Allows for easy access to all ECU signals/wires

Inline Wideband UEGO

Allows you to monitor Air/Fuel ratio without a gauge

Does not oscillate AFR reading like narrow band sensors
Bosch sensor included, accurate to 0.1 AFR
0-5v analog output for use with data loggers or engine management systems
 Detects AFR sensor problems and outputs error values which can be used to deactivate O2 feedback mode

CDI Pencil Coil

AEM’s new CDI Pencil Coils are now available! Easily allowing the conversion to coil-on-plug ignition systems, these Pencil Coils will work with aftermarket engine-management systems. Additionally, when Pencil Coils are used in high-boost, high-RPM, or high-compression racing applications, an increase in spark energy can be seen over factory smart coils.

Compatible with all standard automotive spark plugs including threaded tip style
Kit includes pencil coil, connector, connector pins, pin lock and weather seals
Available in two different lengths for optimum plug reach
Two-wire CDI compatible coil

Twin-Fire Ignition Modules

Our Twin-Fire Ignition is the lightest, smallest, most cost-effective ignition on the market!
