30-0300 Gauge stuck in HEAt cycle

I recently purchased the AEM WBO2 X-Series (30-0300) and I'm unable to get it read AFR.  The gauge constantly goes through a loop displaying HEAt > .... > LS4.9 > HEAt > .... > LS4.9 > etc.  Is there anything I can do to fix this?  Is my unit defective?  I've verified with a voltmeter I'm getting 12v to the red wire and the black wire has a solid ground.

Good day. I bought the AEM 30

Good day. I bought the AEM 30-0300 X-Series Wideband UEGO AFR with a Bosch 4.9 LSU sensor.
Once after the sensor has been heated, the display illuminated 12.6, and after 10 seconds the displays began to decrease to 8.06. In this state the device waits for 20 seconds and reboots. In the menu I can not login ... (((

Vadim,

Vadim,

The gauge does not have software that will allow you to communicate directly with it so there is nothing to log in to. Can you elaborate on what your gauge is doing and in what state the motor is in when the problem/reading occurs?

1) 00.04 second of video - I include a voltmeter which is connected in parallel to the device power wires.

2) 00.15 seconds of video - voltage is connected.

3) 00.55 seconds of video - I press the MODE button to toggle between options, the sensor does not respond.

4) 01.01 seconds of the video - the device itself is restarted.

5) 01.46 seconds of video - the device itself reboots again

6) device restarts continuously at the same interval
