AEM 4-Channel Coil Driver

Has anyone altered the dwell time in an AEM Infinity while using a 4 channel coil driver?  Is there a recommanded dwell time?  Is there a specific dwell time that it likes?  Is there too much dwell time?

What dwell time to use is

What dwell time to use is more based on the coil you're using, not the ignitor.  What are you using for coils?

The reason why I am asking is

The coils are COP Denso Coils from a Honda CBR 600RR

If the dwell time is

If the dwell time is dependent on the coils and not so much the coil driver, why is the coil driver getting so hot after a cranking the engine after a second or two?

Denso COP coils usually run

Denso COP coils usually run in the 2.0ms-3.0ms range.  Ideally the dwell is set just high enough to support good combustion without misfire without being excessively high which will just overheat and degrade the coil.
