AEM EMS Series possible need repair - car stopped working

Hi,

I have an AEM EMS 30-6052 on my TTS supercharged S2000 ... it's been running fine for a few years now
All was fine until yesterday when it refused to start ... the battery went flat and I tried to jump start it ... it coughed and spluttered a few times but now nothing
I bought a new battery and it sparks, the fuel pump primes and there is fuel pressure in the rail .... engine spins over and now doesn't try and fire at all. I left it for an hour and tried again in case I'd flooded it. I also tried to tow start it and the engine was turning at 1500rpm but no sign of life at all
Connected the laptop to the ECU and the map looks fine. Spinning over with the laptop connected and looks ok as far as I can see but I'm not sure what to look for! Sensors *seem* to be feeding back, could it be the injector drivers? Is there a way to tell from AEM Tuner? Or is it a case of a volt meter on the injector wires?
If it is an EMS issue do you know where I Can send it in the UK to get it repaired?
I'm booked in for a trackday next Monday so would like to try and get it running by then!!
Thanks
Robert

Go to the Adv Pickups tab.

Go to the Adv Pickups tab.  Find the channel Stat Sync'd.  Does it turn ON during cranking?

Yes, start synced is on,

Yes, start synced is on, screen shot ... looks like it's not instructing to fire the coils? I've replaced the cam sensors (though thet look like they are picking up)

Looks like it's definitely

Looks like it's definitely commanding the coils to fire but if the hardware itself is damaged, there won't be anything in a log to indicate it.  All you can do is verify that the EMS is at least commanding the coils and injectors to fire and then check that you're getting the correct signal at the actual coils and injectors.  You can check that the EMS is commanding the coils and injectors to fire by logging the Coils/Injs tab.  The thing we'd be interested in are the coil and injector fire/opening locations.  If those go to some value other than 200/255 during cranking then all is good on that end.  Then it's a matter of checking for good signals at the coils/injectors.  This would be best achieved using an oscilloscope.  Also, all servicing is completed by AEM here in the US.

Can't really give you much

Can't really give you much help if those are the only details you provide.  Have you done what's suggested in this thread?
