Does the aem series 1 have an internal barometer?

I had heard somewhere that this was the case, can anyone confirm?

I think it depends.  I think

I think it depends.  I think some do and some do not.  I believe that if a plug and play model was intended for a car that had a factory ECU with an on board barometer then the vehicle specific daughter card would have one.  If the factory ECU did not, the PnP S1 box may not.

It is located on the Adapter

It is located on the Adapter board. Most all of the Series 1 EMS units were equipped with an onboard Baro sensor. I attached a picture for reference. It is the round looking sensor in the middle top of the picture.

Anyone have some sample baro

Anyone have some sample baro correction settings for a v8 motor? I'd love to see what folks have done with this.

I just came across it

I just came across it yesterday and I was wondering why the AEM would have one onboard... Is it for cross reference?

It was put on board to be an on board baro input - kind of a selling point, ya know?  It's there to be used however the user/tuner wants to use it.  It didn't have any fixed function other than to report baro pressure.
