The only PWM output that's

The only PWM output that's available on a 6101 is PW2 which is usually used for a boost control solenoid.  On the IAC, one pin gets switched 12v power and the other pin gets the PWM signal.

I am also looking to

I am also looking to interface a Ford IAC (PWM) to the new Series 2 EMS (30-6311, for Dodge Stealth TT (3000GT)) that replaced my Series 1 EMS. The Series 1 EMS had provisions for PWM IAC. Any help would be appricated.

Best regards Jim

You can use the LS1, LS2 or

You can use the LS1, LS2 or Injectors 9-12 but you'll need to add a flyback diode to protect the driver if driving an inductive load like a solenoid.  A simple 1N4001 diode that allows flyback voltage to drain back to +12v is all you'd need.
