Gaugeart/Sensor reading problem

Disclaimer: I am an absolute noob at these sort of things.

That said, I purchased 3 sensors (30-2130-100, 30-2130-150, and 30-2012) to wire into my 30-6052 AEM EMS v2. I have the gaugeART CAN Video Gauge Adapter which displays readings from the EMS v2. I was able to get the unit to display my wideband afr readings and my flex fuel content. But all three of the AEM sensors aren't reading correctly. The fuel pressure signal is wired to ADCR11. The oil pressure signal is wired to ADCR14. And the oil temperature is wired to EGT2/ADCR18. Yes I did open up the EMS unit to change the EGT jumper. When I turn the key to ACC the fuel pressure shows volts of 1.55, the oil pressure shows volts of 1.72, and the oil temp sensor shows volts of 0.70. When I look at the data sheet it doesn't seem like this is correct even though I could be wrong. I wired the two pressure sensors to a 5v pin from the EMS. All the grounds for the sensors go to a sensor ground from the EMS. When the key is off the two pressure sensors read less than 0.5 which seems correct. But as soon as I turn the key I get readings higher than 0.5 as if the engine is running and it's reading fuel pressures or oil pressures. Can someone tell me what could be going on? Or did I miss a step on the AEMTuner side of things? Please use laymen terms as I am a novice. I hope my question made sense.
