Infinity 708 2013 Cobra Jet syncstate stays at 0

I installed an Infinity 8 on a 2013 Super Cobra Jet using P/N 30-3813 Ford Coyote 4V 5.0L V8 AEM Infinity Coyote Engine Harness Adapter.

I get cam0_syncerror1 errors with a 0% startprobability.

Log files while cranking are here:

I can read all 4 cams and crank durations.

Please advise.

I'm reviewing your log but my initial suspicion is that the sync cam is in the wrong spot relative to the crank thus not making the ECU happy so it won't sync.  What's a Super Cobra Jet?  Is there a chance it's been built differently from a normal Coyote?  If the motor has been assembled with different base cam timing then it may never sync because the ECU is expecting to see a certain relationship between the crank and cam signals and if that relationship has changed then it may prevent sync from occuring.

The car has started with the infinity.

As far as i know it a normal supercharged coyote engine.

Could it be a wiring issue? We have made some modifications to the harness, but everything is connected the same way

I'm trying to track down a log from a known good setup to compare to. Do you have log from when engine starts and runs?

it has Unfortunately i don't

Unfortunately i don't have a log with the engine running.

It's basically a ford aluminator sc crate engine with a 2.9 whipple supercharger and 80lbs injectors.

It uses the factory hall sensors on the intake cams and vr sensors on the exhaust cams and crank.

Does the vr polarity matter? The sensors have the wires epoxied on and are connected with deutsch connectors so i have no way of knowing which is vr+ or vr-

Yes VR polarity absolutely

Yes VR polarity absolutely matters. If you don't know what the polarity is, you should check with an oscilloscope.
