Just Received 30-4900 Wideband Failsafe Gauge

Printed documentation says software must be downloaded from either http://www.aemelectronics.com/downloads or http://forum.aempower.com/forum/index.php

When attempting to access the first link I get an HTTP FORBIDDEN error and a blank page.

When attempting to access the second link I get a

You have reached the entry page for the AEM Performance Electronics Forum. We are in the process of revamping our online presence and once it is complete we will be launching a new forum with improved functionality and a new look. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you need to download software, please visit the software download page of our website: http://www.aemelectronics.com/catalog-software-downloads-72/ If you need to reach us for technical support, please email: emstech@aemelectronics.com for programmable engine management support, or gen.tech@aemelectronics.com for all other products. To speak with our technical support staff please call us at (310) 484-2322 and press 1.

Fortunately I read far enough to see the download link embedded within the message above. When I visited the http://www.aemelectronics.com/catalog-software-downloads-72/

I finally found the software needed at the bottom link "Wideband Failsafe Configuration Software". A direct link to the required software download page http://aemelectronics.com/software-aemnet/wideband-failsafe-config-software in the accompanying printed documentation would be helpful. Correcting the failed first link above would also be helpful.

Hopefully this info helps someone else.

Just got the gauge wired up

Just got the gauge wired up and seem to be having a problem with the UEGO sensor. I keep getting a message on the gauge 'UEGO sensor offline'.

One thing I am noticing is that the gauge seems to  display AF readings  (~13-14.7) intermittently for the first 20 seconds or so then it goes to  sensor offline. Vacuum readings seem to be fine.

Also, how to log the data ? I had my laptop hooked up to gauge while pulling readings. The logger shows 0.0%. When I click the 'download log' button is says logger is currently empty.

BTW, firmware 2.2 is nstalled on gauge. The download firmware button gives me a 'don't install unless told to' message so haven't gone any further.

So what's the deal?
