Log Trimming

I am trying to trim a log using a selected part of the entire log.   When I try to export it, it just says 'Failed'.   Is there any trick or anything specific that needs to be done?

OK, since .dag log files can not be trimmed, is there any way to align two log files when viewing them together?    I am doing some analysis on a new torque converter and I would like to sync up runs based on initial launch speed.    Is there any way of doing that?

Once you have both the layers

Once you have both the layers/logs in the AEMdata software you can set the offset for one of the layers (layer 2 in this case). Once you have that option open (screen shots below) you can drag the log data left or right with your cursor to line up the clutch switch channel. As a tip you can do this twice, the first time to get it close, then the second time zoomed in to get it perfect.
