Mazda Rx low side inputs

Im confused as what to use. The pdf for the rotary has the tables set up different than the preset firmware i downloaded for the rotary application. Should i change the tables to match the pdf document or stick with the presets?

Do you mean the lowside

Do you mean the lowside outputs? The lowside output tables should be configured to match however the Infinity has been wired up. So the question is, what lowsides are wired to what functions on the engine?

pdf page 16 from the 1986 to

pdf page 16 from the 1986 to 2002 rotary supported app. The lowside assignments. It states confirm the following settings with the examples of the tables along side the text that says in some areas "see table" Do i change my settings to what the pdf states or use the presets that came with the firmware i downloaded?

FWIW, the supported apps doc

FWIW, the supported apps doc existed before the 506 base cal existed. Looking at the functions that say "see table", it wouldn't make any difference if you used the old values or the new values - they will result in the exact same functionality. Look at them closely and you'll understand why. But please be aware that your LS table configuration should bet setup to match how your Infinity was wired to the engine. If your wiring doesn't match the base cal configuration or the supported app doc, then it would not make any sense to make your table configuration match them.
