[SOLVED] Stat Sync'd is OFF all the time while cold

Hello,

I have a Supra NA-T build using the AEM V2 6101 EMS and it all works great while temperature is >0 dregrees celsius.

When the temperature drops below 0 degrees it will just not start anymore. While looking at the "Start" tab I have noticed the Stat Sync'd channel is OFF all the time, but engine is cranking (battery is fully charged) but the coil will not fire unless Stat Sync'd changed to ON.

Again, if temperature raises to 0 degrees or above it will start, not from the first all the time, but it will.

Attached are some logs from the cam/crank sensors, if I could get some help where to look forward it would be great.

Thanks!

OK. Turns out I had no crank

OK. Turns out I had no crank counts until I have modified Crank H Sens level from 0.30 to 0.10. After that, it starts nice and strong all the time in cold - new logs attached.

Is there a place where I can read what V is the sensor reading? So how can I make sure this value of 0.10 is not "too noisy". I have watched the Sync errors and Timing errors and mostly those were 0 except once I did have a Timing error (1). Is that normal?

One Timing Error during

One Timing Error during cranking is totally normal. There is no channel for the measured input voltage from a trigger signal but the fact that it works now means the raw amplitude is greater than the trigger threshold. If it works, it works and you're good to go.
