In-tank fuel pump inlet fitting

What kind of inlet fitting is on the inlet side of an AEM E85 In-tank pump?  I am considering converting my fuel cell from an inline to an in-tank (mostly to reduce wear/tear from the lift required on the inlet side currently and I need a new fuel pump to convert to E85 anyway) but I would like to continue to use my Holley Hydramat pickups which currently connect via an AN-8 Y-block.  Is there a fitting somewhere that would allow this or does it pretty much only work with the included filter sock?  It appears that the outlet is just a molded 3/8" hose barb, is that correct?

Our 50-1200 pump is close in

Our 50-1200 pump is close in form to a Walbro GSS342. You can compare pics and specs from our site to see for yourself. We've not used the EFI Hardware extension kit so we can't definitively say if it'll work or not but it looks as though it should.
