Using Standard 3 wire TPS instead of DBW Throttle Body

The setup we are using is utilizing a standard 3 wire (Honda/Acura I believe) TPS sensor instead of a DBW Gas pedal/Throttle Body.  I currently have it hooked up so that it is getting 5v from AUX terminal #4, Ground is hooked to AUX #3, and currently the Signal wire is hooked to Ford Racing E10 (TPS Positive slope) which connects to C2-21 which is analog input 16.  

When I look in the Coyote Base Session, under setup wizard and TPS screen, It shows TPS Signal reads off Analog 7, which would be C1-35, that hooks to E-39 on the Ford Racing Plug which is listed as TPS Negative Slope.  Should I be hooking the Signal wire to E39 vs E10 on the Ford Racing Plug or C1-35 vs C2-21 on the Infinity ECU?  

When I click on the drop down menu in the TPS box, there are no other selections other than Analog 7, thats why I'm assuming I have to switch the signal wire.

I'm guessing that it is listed as Pos vs Neg slope doesn't matter to the ECU because I'll be calibrating it anyways?

You are correct analog7 (C1

You are correct analog7 (C1-35) will be used for your TPS input. Not sure I follow you on your harness connections since the Ford Racing harness differs when a cable throttle body is used. I will assume your using one of the FAST throttle bodies -  If you have the Ford Racing harness you will already have a 0v and 5v at the throttle body. You will just need to make sure the correct TPS pin on the ECU is used.

The TPS connections for the Ford harness:

5v = ECU-C1-41 to E9

0v (signal ground) = ECU-C2-30 to E8

TPS signal = ECU-C1-35 to E39

Thanks, I am actually running a 8 stack setup on this car.  I'll change the signal to the E39 and see how that goes.  I'll try loading the calibration again today too.  Not sure what is going on there, Trying to get this to a show in 3 days and counting.
