VE and Fuel Trim_1

Hello,

I have a question regarding using the VE table along with one of the fuel trim tables to get the best resolution possible.

I know that most at AEM are proponents of using VE in a TPS format instead of MAP. So I'm wondering if when using TPS as your VE axis, can you "fill in the blanks" so to speak by configuring one of the fuel trim tables in the same axis as well? Example; Say you have 1, 2, 4, 6, and so on in the TPS axis in the VE table, can you then plug in 1.5, 3. 5 and so on in one of the fuel trim tables in order to "fill in" any potential holes in the fuel map? I realize the Fuel trim tables are multipliers but do they extrapolate from one cell to the next in the same manner the VE table does? And can you enter negative numbers as well?

Just a thought, thanks in advance.
